I always carry a sketchbook, hoping inspiration strikes while I'm commuting or sitting in a cafe, just as it happened during a trip to visit a friend in Sweden. I arrived at Charleroi airport early for my flight to Stockholm, observing people as they moved around, immersed in their routines, until I heard the announcement: my flight was delayed by three hours. Surprisingly, the delay brought me joy, gifting me extra time to capture the faces and details of strangers in my notebook—an opportunity I wouldn't have had without the runway's poor visibility.
